We are located on the campus of the Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin, Vermont.

All procedures are done in the CVMC Main Hospital Building- please check in one hour prior to your appointment in the Main Lobby

All office visits are located in on the second floor in “Building B”- just to the left of the hospital entrance, attached to the Cancer Care Center.
